About me and my therapy practice
WHAT I PROVIDE
I will provide you with a safe, supportive, nurturing environment to explore and resolve the challenges and unresolved troubles effecting your daily life. My aim is for you to have the space and time to finally voice the unsaid, feel heard, understood and accepted in a way that you may struggle to find else where.
I've been helping people live positive, more fulfilled lives for over 18 years and resolve a wide range of issues, such as Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Trauma, PTSD, OCD, Eating Disorders and come to terms with life events by developing coping strategies to help you move forward. I am a registered therapist holding Diploma’s in Person-Centred and Gestalt Counselling. With Certificates in CBT, NLP and EFT. In addition, I utilize EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and teach Mindfulness.
