About me and my therapy practice

I am an Integrative Psychotherapeutic counsellor and both offer individual long and short term therapy, that focuses on providing a space that is both supportive and sensitive to your needs. I aim to build a safe environment so that clients are able to explore their life and areas of distress, enabling you to discover the right path. Integrative means that I am able to adapt to the individual needs and their particular issue, drawing from a range of different approaches (CBT, Attachment theory, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy). The use of Arts means that sometimes creative interventions are used within the therapeutic process. The use of creativity can offer powerful insights and some people find it easier to express themselves this way.
