About me and my therapy practice

You have had expectations and judgements of you throughout your life that have caused you to supress your true feelings and beliefs in order to be accepted. This may have worked so far but now something has shifted and you now some feelings are difficult to cope with. My belief in your innate ability to know what are you best solutions allows me to offer you a safe, confidential space with compassion, where you can explore your feelings without interruption, supporting you to build greater trust in yourself, raise your self awareness, build self-esteem, increase motivation and help rebuild a new strong foundation for the next phase of your life. 

As a person-centred counsellor with experience in bereavement, parenting, addiction and trauma at Edgware Hospital, Cruse and Cruse and the Perry Clayman Project, working with men, women and adolescents I am available to help you when you are ready.
