About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Interpersonal Psychotherapist, working with individuals, couples and young people.
My experience of providing therapy has developed over the last 8 years within the prison sector, NHS and private practice.
I am passionate about providing therapy to help empower you to reach your full potential.
I provide a non-judgemental, supportive space to help you to gain a new perspective and process difficult feelings and life events.
I offer therapy within my private practice online and via the telephone.
The therapy I provide is individually tailored to suit your needs, by integrating different models.
I understand the importance of relationships and how they impact our mental health. My aim is to help you develop trusting and secure relationships, by improving communication patterns and considering attachment styles.
In the sessions we will monitor your symptoms and highlight triggers and develop new helpful solutions.
