About me and my therapy practice

I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in Guildford to individuals from the age of 18 onwards. I work collaboratively with Clients in a reflective and non-judgemental way, focusing on the beliefs, thoughts, and behaviours underlying negative emotions and problems. Additionally, I also use other theoretical approaches and personality theories depending on the issues you bring to therapy. I have worked for over 15 years with a great variety of clients presenting with a diverse range of issues. I have an Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate (DBS) and am recognised to work with insurance providers.
