About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling in need of someone to talk to? Are you wanting to make positive changes in your life, or move on from feelings that are holding you back?
My practice is a calm and welcoming space for you to come and explore emotions and issues that may have become too heavy to carry alone. The work we will do is to give you clarity and empowerment.
I work in person, on video and by telephone. Each session is 50 minutes long. I am an integrative therapist, which means that from a person - centred foundation, I can use other skills to tailor each session to your specific needs.
During the warmer months, walk and talk ( outdoor) sessions are also available. The comforting surrounds of nature can nurture an environment that is perfect for revelation and reflection.
I am also an experienced meditation teacher, so should you wish to explore those skills for life moving forward, that can be included.
My first session
Our first contact will be a free, 20 minute assessment to see if you are happy to work with me as your therapist, and that I am certain I have the appropriate skills too. After that, the sessions will move to 50 minutes in length.
