About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a very personal, private and individual experience, there is nothing magical or mysterious about it - we come to therapy when something in our lives isn't working. My intention is to support you to get in touch with your own goals and dreams. To reconnect you to that part in each of us that seeks hope and purpose and to help you to take control over the development of your own life. My approach is warm and empathic and I hope by creating a safe environment through establishing clear boundaries and developing trust, a meaningful connection evolves at a pace that is most comfortable for you. What I can help with

About me and my therapy practice
I have been practicing as a Counsellor for over 10 years and have a wealth of experience that I draw upon in my supervision practice. To enhance this I have also completed the CPCAB Level 6 in Counselling Supervision which alongside my counselling practice provides a framework that compliments my integrative work.
I have significant experience working with neuro-diversity both in organisational and private settings. I currently work within a number of schools and have specific training in early intervention. I also have experience working in private practice, as well as, with young people and adults in crisis due to my sessional work within the Self Harm Intervention Programme.
I currently supervise qualified counsellors and I follow BACP's recommended guidelines for counselling supervision. Your introductory supervision session is free of charge so that we can get a sense of working collaboratively and sessions thereafter are £45.00.
My first session
Our initial supervisory session or consultation is free of charge, this is to see if we both feel that we can work together collaboratively and that I am a good fit for your practice.
