About me and my therapy practice

I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with 12 years experience in the NHS and private practice. I specialise in bereavement and loss. I work with individuals using an integrative approach which incorporates psychodynamic, CBT and person-centred approaches. With couples I work using a emotionally focused approach to help couples deepen their relationship. I will work alongside you to find resolutions to your issues in a warm and empathic environment.
