About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, registered with the BACP and UKCP. I hold an Advanced Diploma and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy from The Minster Centre (London).
What does integrative mean?
It means I draw on various psychotherapeutic disciplines in order to tailor my approach specifically to meet your needs.
In addition to private practice, I also have experience working as a counsellor with the mental health charity MIND.
I offer short-term and long-term sessions.
Practice description
Therapy with me is about working together, exploring your inner world and co-creating an environment that helps facilitate change.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental safe space, providing clients with containment and stability.
My first session
I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation to discuss how we can work together.
In a first session, we would go through an assessment together so I can get to know you better and understand what has brought you to therapy.
