About me and my therapy practice

I am a currently completing a cpcab diploma in clinical supervision and am offering half price supervision until July 2020.

My private practice is located in Bricket Wood, in a quiet location with off street parking available.  I also offer sessions via zoom.

The supervisory relationship is an important one and I aim to always work with honesty and transparency; I ask the same of therapists to enhance the relationship and focus of the work.

I contract for a minimum of one hour per calendar month.

I am an integrative therapist, my model includes Psychodynamic theory, CBT and Transactional Analysis theories with Person Centred theory and values at the core of my practice.

I practice supervision using the Inskipp and Proctor model of Formative, Normative and Restorative alongside Hawkins and Shohet's seven eyed model of supervision.
