About me and my therapy practice

I favour an integrative practice in which clients may find answers, heal or transform for the better. Whether they are struggling at work, dealing with a broken relationship, or facing psychological difficulties, I can help thein a supportive and caring way to navigate these challenges.

Practice description

My practice is based on a trusting relationship and the use of several psychological tools. I can engage both in short term dynamics where we identify fresh answers and solutions to current troubles, or in long term journeys suited for healing and deep transformation.
