About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative counsellor working in a Private Practice. Also I have worked in the NHS and a charity providing long-term counselling. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental space, where we can work together to tackle challenges that you may be facing. Life can be challenging at times and from personal experience I know that counselling can offer you a way forward. Exploring issues together, enables confidence to grow and the change can lead to a more hopeful and clearer future.
Working from an integrative perspective, means I combine several theoretical approaches. In the therapeutic relationship, I include attachment, humanistic, psycho dynamic, CBT and transactional analysis. Recognising that each client is unique, I tailor the therapy to meet your individual needs.
I have professional membership with the BACP and am on their register. I abide by their Code of Ethics and Practice and receive regular supervision for my client work. This ensures I am always working for your benefit and with your safety in mind.
