About me and my therapy practiceHello, I am a qualified psychotherapist practising from quiet and comfortable rooms at Hackney City Farm, E2 weekday daytime's.
My approach is grounded in building a trusting relationship to enable you to discuss fully, the issues that bring you to therapy. There are many different possibilities and ways to live, as well as limiting factors that bring difficulties and hard choices about how you live. The benefit of therapy is an opportunity to acknowledge these limitations and find new possibilities and clarity about where you want to be. I offer a warm and supportive environment where we work together at your pace.
I am an accredited psychotherapist with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and on the BACP register. I have a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy from Regents University.
