About me and my therapy practice

I am a holistic person centred integrative counsellor specialising in Couple and Relationship work. I also specialise in bereavement, trauma and abuse, and substance misuse and addiction.

Practice description

I am currently working online only, via Skype, Zoom or Facetime.

My first session

Our first session is paid for and lasts one hour. This is for us to get to know one another and decide whether we want to work together, but there will also be some value in that session especially if it is crisis work.
