About me and my therapy practice

If you are looking for a Counsellor in March, then I extend a very warm welcome to you from March Counselling.

I have extensive experience Counselling Adults, Couples, Adolescents and Children.

As a dedicated Professional I offer a confidential, reflective space, without judgement, to support you to explore and work through those parts of your life that may be causing confusion or emotional distress.

I believe that people are unique individuals and as such my model of therapy is not just centred on one model of Counselling but builds upon Integrative humanistic approaches.

By incorporating an understanding of relational neuroscience it works to support you to increase greater relational depth with yourself and others.

For me it’s not just about theory however, the right therapeutic relationship is important for successful outcomes and so it’s important that you find the right therapist and way of working for you.
