Availability

My working hours are Monday - Thursday from 9.30am - 7.30pm.

I am currently working at full capacity and expect to have availability in October 2024.

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Skype.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist with extensive experience in the NHS and private sector. Apart from individual therapy my role has involved running workshops, group facilitation and supervision. I have also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Roehampton University on the MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Originally I qualified as a nurse working in Accident and Emergency and subsequently gained a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an MSc in Psychotherapy. I trained in the United States with the International OCD Foundation in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, which is particularly effective at treating anxiety disorders such as OCD.

In my clinical practice I utilise methods originating in Cognitive Behavioural, Psychodynamic and Humanistic Therapies.
