About me and my therapy practice

Rates can be negotiated subject to financial status as I believe every body should be able to afford counselling. I have fifteen years experience of working with mental health issues, with a further eight years of working in substance misuse. I have several years of general counselling experience including in a GP practice I treat each person as an individual and offer a safe space for a person to feel they can explore and work through issues without judgement and in confidence.

I am a qualified supervisor and trained in couples counselling.
