Hi there, I am a BACP registered counsellor. I work on Zoom  and Telephone across the UK and based in Woodbridge area. My aim is to create a friendly and supportive environment in which to explore what is going on in your world.

I am a qualified Integrative relational counsellor, which essentially means I have embraced a number of different theoretical models from which I can draw from. I always endeavour to create an environment which enables the client to trust me and explore their situation within a confidential supportive relationship.

There are so many different reasons for starting to seek help. Whatever the challenge or reason for seeking counselling we can talk about it. Counselling is a confidential space where anything can be explored. I am there to listen, not to judge. I can draw on my training in the broad range of psychological approaches to aid the exploration of the challenge. You are the expert. We will work together to explore what’s going on for you, giving you a new perspective. A perspective which will enable you to make choices which fit you.

I have a Graduate Certificate in Counselling Psychology from City University London and a Degree in Counselling from University of Suffolk.

Before training as a counsellor I lived and worked abroad for eight years in Vienna and Amsterdam. I worked in both small and large international organisations. On returning to the UK I worked in the music industry with bands, managers, crew and management companies. I went on to work within the media and entertainment industry before starting a family and moving out of London. The thing that tied all my work experience together is a love of meeting people from different backgrounds. It has been an education and has set a great foundation for my counselling practice.

I am currently working via Zoom or Telephone Counselling across the UK.
