About me and my therapy practice
Everyone needs help sometimes, we just need to reach out and ask. I'm waiting for your call.
I studied at the University of East London and hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Integrative Counselling. This means I have studied a variety of different therapies and have been trained to analyse clients’ presenting issues from a wide variety of approaches which enables a greater depth of understanding.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and therefore abide by their code of conduct and ethics.
My practice is in Cranbrook, Exeter. I have experience of working with alcohol addiction, depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, bereavement, infant death, domestice abuse and violence, trauma, and with general mental health problems.
I recently completed training to work with families who have suffered an infant death or still birth. This is such a difficult time for all the family, please contact me if you or someone you know needs help following such a loss.
I have experience of working with individuals, couples, families and children.
My university research was into domestic violence and abuse with particular reference to male victims and their families.
