About me and my therapy practice

Working as an integrative psychotherapist I draw upon a range of models (including CBT), depending on the needs of the client.

I have extensive experience working with issues of abuse including sexual, emotional and/or physical abuse, relationship/family disharmony, anxiety/panic, depression, addiction(s),work related problems including stress, bullying/harassment.

I also have an interest in issues of identity and cross cultural relationships.
