About me and my therapy practice

I work in a way that puts you, the client, at the centre of all that I do, confidentially and without judgement. I use communication skills and knowledge I have gained over more than 10 years of counselling and from my previous career of 28 years as a nurse to offer sessions that are tailored to each individual to enable positive change or a belief in hope for the future. I have a particular interest in working with people in bereavement and those who are affected in some way by life limiting illnesses and disabilities.

Practice description

I offer face to face sessions, video counselling via Zoom and telephone work.
