About me and my therapy practice

Life can be a struggle and we often become overwhelmed with distress and confusion. Counselling provides a safe and confidential space where you can share your difficult situations, feelings and emotions.

I believe that talking to someone who can really hear you in a non-judgemental way, accept you as you are and empathise with what you are going through is the foundation to moving forward in your life. It is when you feel safe, heard and accepted that you have the freedom and possibility to change.

Counselling with me provides you with the opportunity to explore your personal growth and development in an open and trusting relationship. I can support you in finding meaning in your life, discovering your values, strengths, and choices. Working together will help you in making the most of your life and reaching your full potential.

I am a fully qualified professional counsellor and hold a Post-Graduate Diploma from the University of Brighton. I am also a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.

Please contact me, if you would like to arrange an initial session in either Eastbourne or East Grinstead, to see if counselling could help you.
