About me and my therapy practiceHello, I'm Nick Malik, a psychotherapist living in north-west London. I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for over a decade, have an MA in psychotherapy and am a registered member of the BACP.
At Hampstead Therapy Practice I work with both individuals and groups to support them towards recovery and health. The issues I work with include: depression, anxiety, bereavement and loss, PTSD, addiction, low self-steem, work-related stress, anger management, Relationship problems and personal development.
I integrate many therapeutic ideas and work holistically. This means I pay attention to the individual as a whole person in all their different aspects; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.
