About me and my therapy practice

I believe that each client is a unique and complex individual. In my work, I provide an opportunity for anyone to get to understand and accept themselves in an environment free of judgement, expectations and impositions. I encourage clients' own ability to make changes that they want to make in their lives. I am an integrative therapist, incorporating psychodynamic, person centred and existential approach. I have over twelve years experience of working as a therapist. I experience my practice as a unique journey with each client as we work things together to achieve whatever it is that each client wants. My work is very relationship driven.

In my work, I help you understand how you are in the world, where you are and where you want to be. This process can help you get in touch with what really and deeply matters to you in your life, and how you can achieve that in order to feel more fulfilled and to live a fuller, more authentic and meaningful life.

By exploring your past and reflecting on the present, together we find ways to make the most of your future.
