About me and my therapy practice
I am a Canadian and UK trained integrative psychotherapist with experience providing short term counselling and long term psychotherapy to adults and adolescents. I have a strong existential focus in my work and emphasize engaging with the 'big questions' of our lives.
I currently offer psychotherapy to clients with depression, anxiety, life transitions, OCD, work & family stress, grief and loss. I also have experience as a school counsellor in an international setting. In addition, I currently work as a coach helping managers in start up companies grow and refine their skills.
My first session
Research shows that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in good therapy outcomes. Therefore, I offer a £40 assessment session so that we can get to know each other and you can decide whether we are a good fit. I always recommend that people considering therapy, especially if it is their first time, speak to multiple therapists to get a feel of what might work for them. I have network of trustworthy colleagues and am happy to make referrals should we not be a good fit for each other.
