About me and my therapy practice
Reasons for coming to Therapy are unique to each person. You may have hopes and desires to be a better version of yourself, a willingness to change, to face the difficulties that may obstruct your personal growth. Life’s challenges may leave you anxious, stressed or depressed, feeling stuck, unable to move forward, alone with unwanted thoughts and feelings. Patterns in your life can keep you in a cycle of inner conflict and, at times, relationship conflicts, not knowing why. Talking to someone is a great way to start. Please don’t choose to fight this alone; it’s time to give yourself the time and space to explore.
I am an Integrative Therapist, Person-Centered/Psychodynamic, working interculturally in a client-led way. The focus is on developing a trusting therapeutic relationship and offering both short term and long-term Therapy. Creative working can help when words are few, so my experience with Drama, Arts, and Play Therapy tools can be an added support.
Everyone needs to be heard and respected, and to have a safe space to express their thoughts freely, having unconditional acceptance without judgment, is what I can offer you.

My way of working currently is online or via Phone. Ido offer a free 15 min Consultation where you have an invitation to explore what that might feel like for you. This would give you an open oppertunity to try out what may possibly be a would be a good fit and one that feels right for you.
My first session
In our first session together gives us the opportunity for us to explore what our journey might look like together. We will explore your goals both Therapeutically\ Counselling and personal interest goals. Where you would like to take therapy and your personal expectations. This would also give you an opportunity to ask any more questions you may have. The space is warm safe, and waiting for you to take some personal time just for you, where you can explore you would like to bring to therapy.
Remember this space it is just for you, at your own pace, with gentle encouragement, to look at the challenges or difficulties you may be facing in your life.
