About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you feel overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, unable to cope or stuck. Perhaps you're feeling things need to change and that's why you're seeking counselling. You may want counselling for a specific issue or you may just want a safe space to talk and feel heard, not really knowing what the problem is. If you want more out of life and you’d like support to get there, I may be able to help. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk freely and openly about whatever is on your mind.
I work with individuals from the ages of 18 upwards on either a short term or long term basis.
Sessions are fifty minutes long, currently on Wednesdays and Saturdays
