About me and my therapy practice

Psychotherapy provides a space, with time and understanding, to help the client come to terms with life and all its contradictions. Issues are considered and explored in dialogue, through which the client is assisted in finding his or her own perspective and position in the world.

Practice description

My aim is to create a safe and secure setting to establish a working alliance to enable people to become true to themselves again. To find clarity on how to proceed into the future whilst taking lessons from the past and creating something valuable to live for in the present.

My first session

The first session is an opportunity to see if we can work together. We can explore what bring the person to therapy and how best to transform changes in personal circumstances, life crisis, difficulty in relationships into developing self awareness.
