About me and my therapy practice
I am a Media Spokesperson for the BACP, an Accredited Psychotherapist. Part of an award-winning team for Business of excellence in psychotherapy & Rehabilitation 2015, 2016 2017. I have won the GHP Private Healthcare Award 2018 & 2019 for the best Psychotherapy Service in the United Kingdom and the GHP Award for Excellence Brain Injury & Trauma Rehabilitation Services. I am also the Director and owner of exploringU counselling & JustTalk2019 affordable counselling. I work with Individuals' as well as couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship.

I have recently been awarded Ayanay Psychological Accreditation Award for Wellbeing Excellence in the Workplace and The Ethical & Psychological Award for 2020.
I have many years of experience working with clients who have sustained serious physical trauma to the brain. I take referrals' via Case Management Organisations, Solicitors & Insurance companies. Clients can self-refer by calling or emailing me via the BACP in confidence.
I also hold an online and telephone certificate so that I can offer this service to my clients.
I am also listed on the BUPA, Pru Health, AXA PPP and WPA register.
I have been a member of the BACP since 2007, and been a volunteer Media Spokesperson for the BACP since 2017.
