About me and my therapy practice

I am a senior accredited attachment-based therapist and supervisor and work integratively, inter-culturally with a focus on the relationship and developmental trauma. I practice near Waterloo and Vauxhall (SE1). I am a registered provider for AXA and AVIVA.

Qualifications: MScAttachment Studies, EMDR therapist, Cert Supervision, Diploma Counselling, PGCE(FE), BA

Practice description

I offer short and long term therapy.

I have over 10 years' experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and presentations.

This includes trauma, loss and PTSD symptoms, developmental and attachment issues, depression, anxiety, identity and relationship difficulties.

My first session

My first session is an introduction/assessment consulation where I ask more direct questions to gain an insight into your family history, context, and presenting issues, as well as exploring reasons for wanting to have therapy and your expectations. We can agree a set amount of sessions or leave it open and review regularly. After a first session you will decide whether to continue with weekly appointments, there is no obligation to do so at all. Fees are £90 / 50min session.
