My goal as a counsellor is to support you in navigating your unique path towards growth and wellbeing in a safe and welcoming environment. Taking the first steps towards engaging in therapy can be a challenging and personal journey. I believe counselling can help you see your current situation with renewed light, depth and clarity, and ultimately help you make positive changes.
