About me and my therapy practice
I provide thoughtful, bespoke, talking therapy in a confidential, supportive space to help you work through the emotional or psychological difficulties or challenges you may be facing.
I am a BACP registered counsellor and I work in the Person-centred way: this means that I offer empathic, non-judgemental therapy, working in partnership with you to explore ways to help you to find a positive way forward.
I work with adults and young people, age 11 + in Berkhamsted, Tring and the surrounding villages and towns of Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, offering counselling on a private basis.
Our work together can be either open-ended or short-term, depending on your needs. Once we have met and have mutually agreed that I can provide the therapeutic support you require, our sessions together will last for 50 minutes.
