About me and my therapy practice
I can offer you space to explore whatever issues you bring to counselling in a safe, comfortable and confidential environment.We can spend time working together on whatever is troubling you in a way that best supports you.
I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and psychologist offering a range of counselling and psychological services to individuals. I work with a range of ages from 13 plus using approaches suitable for each client.
Practice description
I have operated a thriving private practice from 2014 with a mixture of private clients, students, EAP work, teaching and supervision.
My first session
In an initial session we can look at what has brought you to therapy, looking at whatever you need to help you work on moving forward. There are some brief forms to sign and complete with basic details and consent. There is no pressure to sign up for long term therapy and we can agree what is best for you

I offer a supervision service for both qualified and student counsellors. I am a well experienced counsellor and psychologist having completed the clinical supervision certificate with the British Psychological Society. I currently supervise a range of counsellors from both the person centred and psychodynamic perspective where appropriate.
