I offer short term and long term, face-to-face, telephone and online counselling.
I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic attacks, low self-esteem, relationship, and work-related issues etc, or if you are feeling sad and need somebody to confidentially listen to your concerns and difficulties.
I specialise in helping clients with addiction, sexuality, and gender related issues and will offer support to help you through the counselling process and help you to achieve to achieve your goals.
I believe that each person has the ability to reach one's full potential and I will help you to accomplish this. I recognise that everybody is unique and provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can feel confident that I will listen and help you to make sense of your past and present, whilst supporting you to make positive changes for the future.

I am a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
I have worked for the NHS as a counsellor in GP practices and have experience in primary care, for NHS Psychological Services IAPT Program.
My first session
I have limited spaces available for face-to-face, telephone and online counselling, including Zoom and Skype.
