About me and my therapy practice
I have a Clinical Diploma in Integrative supervision and have been as a supervisor for qualified for 7 years. I work with students and qualified counsellors. My training allows me to work with many modalities. My Counselling training is Intregrative at degree level. I also hold a level 4 Certificate in Counselling Children.
For my client work I integrate Trauma therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, employing CBT and ACT as interventions. I contain the work with the Person Centred core values and the BACP Ethical Framework.
I offer a safe space to explore the work, both the positives and difficulties and explore ways forward. I offer advice and signpost to further resources.
I enjoy the collaborative work of supervision and journeying with others on their counselling journey.
