About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully qualified and accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist previously having worked in a primary care setting for 20 years and now working from home offering a secure and confidential space. I am Psychodynamically trained and offer an integrative approach. I have been in Practice for 30 yrs and have experience of working with individuals and couples also having worked with groups on anger management within the NHS. I offer EMDR (levels 1-3) and am Polish speaking. I have experience of working with all life issues including young adults where I worked in an educational setting, Autism depression, bereavement, anxiety and all of the difficulties life can bring.

Practice description

Our work together will depend on individual needs whether short or long term. After an initial assessment we will decide the best way forward after having looked both at the presenting issue and what else is causing disruption in your life.
