About me and my therapy practice

I believe each person is unique and I endeavour to use my integrative approach to work with each individual towards their therapeutic goal.

Individual counselling can be short term or longer term, dependent on each client's specific needs. I am able to offer an integrative approach including Person-Centred, Brief Solution Focused Therapy and CBT. Counselling commences on a weekly basis, moving to fortnightly or more infrequently when the client feels ready.

I am a BACP Registered Senior Accredited Counsellor and UKRCP Registered Individual Counsellor and use my fourteen years of counselling experience to offer Counselling Supervision to newly trained and experienced counsellors.

I offer telephone or online counselling or supervision sessions only.
