About me and my therapy practice

II work with person centred and humanistic theories , I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives and also in the solutions to their difficulties

I have a Higher National Diploma in Person Centred and Humanistic Counselling and I have completed and passed the Certificate of Proficiency issued by the BACP.

I have achieved over 300 hours of one to one counselling experience.

I work with a diverse range of clients working with work stress, grief, relationship,difficulties, historical child abuse and trauma, addiction, anxiety ,depression, sexuality and sexual identity issues.
