About me and my therapy practice

I offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space, which is calm and comfortable and is situated close to Salford Royal Hospital, and less than 3 miles from Media City.

I am empathetic and will support you to explore the issues that may be concerning you. I will support you to achieve the changes you would like to make. I work on an integrative basis drawing on various counselling approaches and philosophies, to facilitate change in a safe manner.

I have worked with children, young people and adults and have over 17 years’ counselling experience with the NHS, local charities and within private practice.

Following a brief assessment, we will collaboratively agree on an appropriate treatment plan.

Person centred, Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy
