About me and my therapy practice
There are times when everyone feels overwhelmed, stuck or confused. Talking to a professional counsellor can be an effective way of working through your problems.
I work with both children and adults covering a range of issues, including low mood and anxiety, relationship difficulties, bereavement and trauma.
I specialise in person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and in ecotherapy in nature. I offer sessions from my therapy space in Kynaston, near Ledbury or outdoors in nature.
My first session
I offer a free telephone consultation to discuss why you might be seeking counselling support, to talk about how counselling might be able to help and to discuss about how I work.
The first counselling session is a great opportunity to delve into this further and to ultimately see whether I might be the right 'fit' for you.
