About me and my therapy practice
I am a highly skilled and qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with extensive experience within the NHS Mental Health, University and Charity sectors having worked and working with a extensive range of issues. I believe that through the process of understanding one's mind we can lead rich and self-fulfilling lives with greater depth, understanding and enriched relationships. The relationship between the therapist and patient can be a vehicle for growth of the individual and it is by this that the process can help the individual begin to understand themselves and their experiences.
I offer therapy in a supportive environment, in North West London, to encourage exploration and understanding of your personal issues. There is disabled access and parking available at the property, which is close to Canons Park and Edgware Underground stations.
Your sessions will be spent talking about what is going on in your life. We will work together and think about what's happening and help understand why. With the approach I work within we will think together about the patterns of thinking, behaviour and feelings in how experiences have affected you both in the past and present to help go forward.
