About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP Accredited, BUPA recognised, Integrative Person Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
I use a Person Centred base and incorporate trainings in Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, in order to find a solution which works for you.
I have fifteen years primary care (NHS) experience working within Doctors surgeries in Northumberland, Newcastle and Teesside.
I normally work from offices in the centre of Middlesbrough, but am currently offering telephone counselling due to Coronavirus.
