About me and my therapy practice
Almost over 20 years experience. Theoretical model is Person Centred Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Based Approaches. I work more as integrative approach therapist and able to adapt to the needs of whatever you may need.
Anger Management, Mental Health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, stress- work related issues, health related Issues as well as Mindfulness based approaches.
