About me and my therapy practice

I am committed to supporting you as you set out on your journey to becoming the person you wish to be.

I provide you with a therapeutic environment which is safe and secure, and puts you at your ease as you begin explore how you may be able to achieve a more comfortable, resourceful and satifying way of living.

Over the years I have acquired a knowledge of several different therapy modalities, and bring them into my practise as appropriate for the needs of my clients.

Practice description

I offer face to face counselling at my rooms in Manchester and Rochdale, but at these times of social distancing, I also offer telepnone counselling and counselling by video conferencing on FaceTime for those with iPhones and Mac computers, WhatsApp for those with android phones and tablets or Zoom for iPads, Macs and PC's.
