About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples to create the future you most want. My guess is that you'd like to feel better than you do right now. I can help you. You've already made that first step by visiting here. I will guide you with care through the next steps.
You might feel a bit unsure about therapy. If so, that’s perfectly natural. The benefits of therapy are proven. But maybe you're worried about what therapy is like. Perhaps you don’t want to dig up the past and all the upset it involves. You just want things to get better. I get that. Here's some good news. Whether you choose to talk about your history or not, I can help you.
I use a number of different approaches in my work. I think it is important for a therapist to be flexible enough to tailor sessions to your needs. You are a unique person after all. Therapy is not one size fits all. My fundamental approach is to build on your strengths to help you create the future you hope for.
