About me and my therapy practice

I am integrative therapist using both Psychodyamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Drug and Addiction.

My first session

The first session is to introduce my and how I work. Then I sign an agreement with client mentioning that that whatever is said is confidential but i can break the confidentiality if I feel the client is a danger to self or members of the public. I ask clients to fill in the CORE form and the client the reason why they have come to therapy.
