About me and my therapy practice

I work with adult individuals. Through counselling or longer term psychotherapy, I offer a space to explore the roots of the issues that feel difficult for you. Together, we can co-create a place where you feel hopeful, emotionally stable, and free to live your life in the way that you truly want to.
I also work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy. An approach which focuses on re-establishing a safe, intimate connection between you and your partner, using a process known as Dialoguing.
My first session
The first session will be a time for me to collect basic details, such as your name, address, GP details and a little history. It will also be a time for you to ask any questions and to share what you would like me to know, in the first instance.
It's a time to get a sense of whether or not we are a good fit, and to begin to clarify your goals for therapy.
