About me and my therapy practice
I am a Humanistic/ Intergrative Counsellor working with children, young people and adults.
I am also a mindfulness teacher, trained by The Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach mindfulness to groups of children and young people aged 11 to 18 years.
My first session
First session assessment appointments are £65 and then all susequent appointments are £55.
