About me and my therapy practice

In my online private counselling practice I offer therapy to adults, young people and couples. I am a very experienced therapist and I offer help with a full range of personal difficulties.

Practice description

I offer a relational approach to my clients. I firmly believe that given the right conditions we will all flourish and find the right way forward. To help this I offer DBT skills alongside creative exploration.

I also have a special interest, experience and expertise in supporting pre snd post ASC diagnoses.

My first session

I will offer you a 20 free introductory online session. This allows you to meet me and for me to discuss your needs. We then decide how to proceed.
