About me and my therapy practice
My name is Kat and I know from experience that sometimes things may get too much and life may seem complicated and talking to a friend or a family member may not feel like a solution. Either you are experiencing stress, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, loss or any other emotional issue therapy may help. By providing you with a safe and confidential space I can assist you on a journey of self exploration and change.
Practice description
I graduated from Northern Guild for Psychotherapy and Counselling in Newcastle and have experience working with adult individuals and couples. My approach is Humanistic Integrative where I tailor a number of therapeutic modalities to best support clients in process of therapy and change.
As a Therapist my main strengths are authenticity, empathy and care for a wellness of another human being. I strongly believe everybody has an ability to change and grow.
